i love the sentiment of this song. a guy trying to console a brokenhearted girl first by telling her it isn’t worth it to mope around but then also telling her that he’d ask the sun to shine away and the clouds to bring the rain so that she could cry. there even isn’t any indication if he’s interested in her romantically just an assurance from him that she’ll be okay. it’s such a sweet, sweet song.
