on pain

last saturday night, i experienced unbearable pain again. the type that made me go to the washroom to cry for a few minutes before returning to my current company and acting as if everything was okay. i thought i had cried out all my tears for him already. pero hindi pa pala ako tapos. may pa-cry cry pa ako sa cr ng isang bar. grabeh, kelan kaya ako magiging normal ulit? breaking down into tears at random moments is so typical of me pero exag na ito! haay… 😥

weekend update, 2007.11.26

• i’m sick. with colds. too much partying and not much sleep. go figure!
• the backlash of the pussycat doll thing was a bit tame. good thing!
• got my replacement colorsplash already and was able to use it friday night with the barhopping with officemates gimik and saturday after watching into the woods with cultured friends. i’m crossing my fingers that the pics will turn out okay.
• watched one more chance with lyn and rox on wednesday. oks lang. there were some parts that really touched me especially the part where bea hugs her mom from behind and describes her pain. super relate ako dun! hehehe.
• watched beowulf with pia, jigs and david on friday at the imax theater in MOA. hindi ako nahilo so hindi sayang yung 400 that i paid for the movie. amazing graphics. a bit too violent and sexual sometimes. but most movies are that way nowadays.
• i’m seriously thinking of stopping hydroxycut for the following reasons: 1.) ubos na yung current stash ko. at mahal siya sobra! hehehe; 2.) it’s screwing up my eating habits. i already don’t have any good eating habits in the first place and now it’s getting majorly screwed up. i have no appetite so i’m always skipping meals which then leads to headaches because one must eat when on hydroxycut; and 3.) i’m not as active as i would like to be. i’ve been missing training lately because of work. BUT BUT BUT!!! i’m losing weight! i’ve noticeably lost weight the past few weeks i’ve been taking hydroxycut so a part of me still wants to continue taking the drug since it’s an easy answer to my weightloss problems. hmmm… will think about it more. i’m sick now so it’s out of the question for the moment.
• i have a new phone. it’s a sony ericsson walkman phone again. i forgot the model and i’m too tamad to research it in the internet now. basta it’s cute and girly and it plays music. that’s all that matters to me. hehehe. anyway, PLEASE TEXT ME YOUR NUMBERS!!!

norwegian wood by haruki murakami

i can say with certainty that i am a Murakami fan. he is such a good writer. he captures simple human emotions with such beautiful imagery using words that it’s hard not to become enamored with his novels.

one other thing that suprises me with his writing is how vividly he paints sex. i’m not talking just about the act itself but the feelings before and after and sometimes the memory that lingers on.

this book is a simple love story. but when is a love story ever simple right?
