Starring: Robert Redford, Barbra Streisand
Director: Sydney Pollack
Tagline: Some memories last forever.

maybe some women aren’t meant to be tamed. maybe they need to run free until they find someone just as wild to run with.
ah yes, the simple girl. although it’s been a while, i remember dozens of conversations with girl friends and sometimes some guy friends on the theory of the simple girl. perhaps this stems from the fact that i and most of my girl friends cannot be tagged as simple girls. neither do i think we are very complicated women, perhaps just not as pliable as some may be. we are independent, smart, beautiful, confident young women with our own opinions. that does not mean we will argue with everything you say or such, just that we will not compromise who we are for anyone else (or at least i hope we won’t).
so i guess, carrie is right. maybe the problem is not in what type of girls we are, but the type of guys we date or rather don’t date. hehehe. oh well, here’s to hoping that someday i’ll meet my match.
